Most software agencies deliver code. WSK delivers working processes. That sounds similar but it's not: we analyse first what's actually causing friction — before a single line of code is written. We know the limits of standard software, understand when AI helps and when it doesn't, and integrate new solutions into what's already running. No outsourcing, no chaotic handovers, no rotating freelancers. The same team from the first conversation through to live operation.
WSK has been putting productive AI automation into operation since 2023 — no workshops, no demos. Typical projects: automatically classify and route incoming documents and emails, evaluate service reports using AI, make knowledge bases searchable, or secure interfaces with AI-powered error handling. AI is always integrated into existing systems at WSK — not placed alongside them as an isolated tool.
WSK works best with mid-sized companies from about 20 employees upwards who have concrete process problems: manual steps that go wrong too often, systems that don't communicate, or workflows that no longer scale with the business. We're not suitable for simple websites, standard shops or pure design projects — we leave those to others. And if in the initial conversation we notice another provider would be a better fit, we say so openly.
The same team that developed the system remains responsible. At WSK there is no handover to an anonymous support function. Whoever built the system knows it — and can react quickly when requirements change or extensions are needed. Many of our clients have worked with us continuously for years: a new module, a new interface, a new AI feature — all from a single source, with no onboarding effort.
After the initial conversation, we analyse your processes and requirements — structured but without bureaucratic overhead. This results in a concrete proposal with scope and budget framework. Development proceeds in manageable steps with regular feedback. There are no surprise invoices at the end. And: from your side we primarily need a point of contact who knows the processes — no IT expertise required.
